VINEYARD : Massal selection of Chardonnay from the parcel ‘le Clos’; 1 ha planted in 1950.
TERROIR : Clay and Blue Marls from the Lias.
VINIFICATION : Aging for 6 years in old 228 L barrels including 1 year aging under a veil (sous-voile) of bacteria and native yeast. Bottled the 27th July 2021.
