This apple juice is made from the blend of apple varieties for cider making. The aromas are specific to each variety, and the benefits of sun and rain are specific to each vintage and expressed in different juices from one year to another, but always excellent. The juices come from the old press of the cider house, simply decanted in vats then pasteurized and finally bottled immediately for a long conservation.
