‘Raudonas’ = red. A Pinot Noir from a plot of 5 ha on a clay-limestone soil. Vines of 30 years still yields around 30-35 hl/ha and also for this red 20 to 30% of the grapes are botrytised. Vinification in whole bunches, maceration 10 days. Aging two years in old barrels on fine lees, no filtration, no sulfur.
