Old Syrah vines on a small plot facing north, exposed to the wind and more in the shade. The maturation is later. Maceration in whole bunches for 12 to 15 days. Aging 8 months in stainless steel, steel or fiberglass. Bottling without fining or filtration. Fresh wine on fruity notes.
